Mom's Standard has a 100% client satisfaction guarantee, if there is an issue with the quality of your cleaning please (contact our office) within 48 hours of your appointment to arrange for a re-cleaning. If you contact our office after 48 hours in relation to the quality of your cleaning we may not be able to guarantee a free re-cleaning of your space.
In the event an item in your home is damaged please contact our office within 48 hours of your appointment time to discuss the damage. You must send pictures of the damage to: email@example.com. After receipt of pictures of the damage in your home we will set up a time (at your convenience) to view the damage in person or arrange for an affiliate to view the damage in question.
You must provide access to your space for Mom's Standard LLC., or Mom's Standard LLC.'s affiliate(s) to verify the extent of the damage caused and to repair any damaged areas.
Mom's Standard LLC. reserves the rights to hire who it believes will repair the damage in your home best and will pay the entity who performs any repairs directly.
